What are Legislative branches?
Do your parents make the rules in your house? Most parents make the rule in the house and you have to follow them. The legislative branches are similar to what most parents do. The Legislative branches make not a rule but a law for everyone in the state/country.
Do we have to learn them?
Yes! If we don't know the laws we might not get all the freedoms and rights that we deserve and its not like we will stay young forever, you will eventually grow up and have to participate in government affairs.
So how do laws get made in Korea?
The National Assembly of South Korea consists of 300 people and is a unicameral legislature. Out of 300, 246 are elected by local votes the left out 54 are given there seats by a proportional representation system where seats are given to each political party that has gained 3 percent or more of all valid votes or five or more seats in the local constituency election. It is said that this is being done so the voices of people from different lives and perspectives can be reflected.
